Job For Manager (EHAC)

 

Equitable Healthcare Access Consortium (EHAC). EHAC is an association of socially-sensitive healthcare providers, organizations involved in fostering livelihood, and education institutions from across the country, who can, through networking and resource sharing, come up with new and improved models for providing access to healthcare.

Job Title: Manager

Reports to: Secretary of EHAC

Job Overview: The Manager will drive the various initiatives of the EHAC to bring them to fruition. With a sense of ownership, the Manager is expected to understand opportunities, propose initiatives, coordinate with various members and stakeholders to create value in the sphere of improving equity in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating different initiatives/projects between members and other stakeholders
  • Proposing and organising webinars and meetings on relevant topics
  • Creating documentation on the projects of EHAC and archiving them suitably
  • Maintaining relationship with members of EHAC and engaging them in different initiatives
  • Maintaining the accounts of EHAC and coordinating for timely completion of audits and other compliances

Qualifications:

Education level: Post graduate degree in public policy, public health, social work, or management preferred. Good oral and written communication skills necessary.

Experience: 2 years, exposure to healthcare field will be preferred.

Personal characteristics:

  • Should be self-motivated to drive the mission of EHAC
  • Should be willing to travel to different locations in India as necessary to connect with the members and involve in projects

Other Information:

The position will be contractual in nature and offers the opportunity to work with and learn from founders of organizations and thought leaders. The position is also entrepreneurial in nature, allowing for scope to innovate and grow.

The position is based out of Udaipur. However, for the right candidate, we would be open to negotiate flexible working arrangements.
